1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION This Shipping Policy governs the conditions applicable to all orders placed through the website www.nuberux.com. By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts the conditions set out herein.
2. ORDER PROCESS The logistics process for orders is divided into the following phases:
🔹 1. Order Activation Once the purchase is made, the order may take up to 2 business days to be registered and activated correctly in our system.
🔹 2. Processing After activation, the order enters the preparation, verification and packaging phase, which may take up to 5 business days. During this stage, internal quality controls and logistics management are carried out.
🔹 3. Shipping and Delivery Once processed, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. The estimated delivery timeframe is up to 7 business days.
3. TOTAL ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME The total estimated delivery timeframe may be up to 14 business days from the purchase date, broken down as follows:
- Up to 2 business days: activation
- Up to 5 business days: processing
- Up to 7 business days: shipping

4. DELAYS Nuberux will not be liable for delays resulting from:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processes
- National or international holidays
- Force majeure
- Errors in the address provided by the customer
- Logistical incidents beyond our reasonable control
In the event of significant delays, Nuberux may notify the customer through the contact details provided.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a correct, complete and up-to-date shipping address. Nuberux will not be liable for losses, delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
In the event of order return due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer must bear the reshipping costs
- Or may request order cancellation, with applicable logistics costs applied
6. TAXES AND CUSTOMS For international orders, the customer will be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Local taxes
- Import charges
These costs are not included in the product price unless expressly stated.
7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as:
- Repeated absence of the recipient
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect at delivery point
And the package is returned, Nuberux may:
- Reship the order upon payment of new shipping costs
- Cancel the order retaining the logistics costs incurred
8. TRANSFER OF RISK Risk of the product transfers to the customer at the moment the order is delivered to the indicated address. We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt and immediately reporting any issues in accordance with the Return Policy.
